本发明公开一种船舶集装箱码头的装卸系统及工作方法,包括吊具、导向装置和若干个固定平台,若干个固定平台安装于船舶的甲板上,固定平台的顶面开设有与集装箱相适配的固定槽,固定平台的左右两端均设置有固定座,固定座的顶部滑动装配有连接架,固定座内转动设置有卷筒和电机,电机与卷筒传动连接以驱动卷筒旋转,卷筒的两端均设有线轮,线轮上缠绕有固定绳,固定绳的一端与连接架连接,连接架靠近固定槽的端面两侧均转动设置有与集装箱的角件相适配的扭锁;导向装置包含对称设置的两组引导机构,本发明通过引导机构,在吊具下降过程中逐步自动校正水平偏移,实现精准定位,提高堆叠效率。

    The invention discloses a loading and unloading system of a ship container wharf and a working method.The loading and unloading system comprises a lifting appliance, a guiding device and a plurality of fixing platforms, the fixing platforms are installed on a deck of a ship, fixing grooves matched with containers are formed in the top faces of the fixing platforms, and fixing bases are arranged at the left ends and the right ends of the fixing platforms correspondingly; a connecting frame is slidably assembled on the top of the fixing base, a winding drum and a motor are rotationally arranged in the fixing base, the motor is in transmission connection with the winding drum to drive the winding drum to rotate, wire wheels are arranged at the two ends of the winding drum, fixing ropes are wound around the wire wheels, and one end of each fixing rope is connected with the connecting frame. Twist locks matched with corner fittings of the container are rotationally arranged on the two sides of the end face, close to the fixing groove, of the connecting frame. The guiding device comprises two sets of guiding mechanisms which are symmetrically arranged, through the guiding mechanisms, horizontal deviation is gradually and automatically corrected in the lifting appliance descending process, accurate positioning is achieved, and the stacking efficiency is improved.
