The axial volume of the supporting device is obviously reduced; compared with a single-stage reduction gear, the multi-stage reduction gear set is arranged to cope with the same load, so that the power of the driving mechanism is obviously reduced; through the absolute value encoder arranged on the driving rotating shaft, the extension amount information of extension or retraction of the extension part relative to the body can be accurately obtained.
