The invention relates to the field of offshore wind measuring devices, in particular to an offshore floating type laser radar wind measuring device which comprises a floating platform, a mounting bracket, a fixing plate, a radar and the like. A mounting bracket is mounted on the floating platform; a plurality of fixing plates are mounted on the mounting bracket; a radar is placed on the mounting bracket; window glass is arranged on the front side of the radar. The vibration of the foundation is buffered and filtered through the springs in the air bag, so that the vibration transmitted to the radar is greatly weakened, the radar can work in a relatively stable state, and meanwhile, compared with the mode that the radar is directly welded to the mounting bracket, the vibration of the foundation is reduced, and the vibration is reduced. The radar is directly limited and fixed through the springs in the air bags, it is guaranteed that the radar is detected under the relatively stable condition, and therefore the radar on the floating platform does not need to be frequently maintained manually, and the maintenance cost of the radar is reduced.
