According to the method, the electrochemical reaction rate can be optimized, the dynamic response capability of the fuel cell can be improved, the fuel cell can quickly adapt to load change, meanwhile, the starting performance of the fuel cell is improved, the service life of the fuel cell is prolonged, and the efficiency and safety performance of the cell are improved.
