The invention relates to a storage battery charging system and method in a vehicle, a vehicle-mounted power supply module and the vehicle, and the system comprises an alternating current charging module which is used for outputting alternating current when it is determined that a storage battery is in a power shortage state; the vehicle-mounted power supply module comprises a first AC-to-DC unit, a vehicle-mounted power supply control unit, a second AC-to-DC unit and a DC-to-DC control unit. The first AC-to-DC unit is used for converting AC into first DC so as to supply power to the vehicle-mounted power supply control unit and the DC-to-DC control unit; the vehicle-mounted power supply control unit is used for monitoring the voltage of the storage battery and generating and sending a first control signal when the voltage of the storage battery is smaller than a first set voltage; the second AC-to-DC unit is used for responding to the first control signal so as to convert AC into second DC; the DC-to-DC control unit is used for converting the second direct current into the first direct current so as to charge the storage battery. The system can charge the storage battery in the vehicle through the alternating current charging pile.
