The method comprises the steps that in response to an air conditioner starting instruction, the vehicle exterior environment temperature is collected, and whether the vehicle exterior environment temperature is within a preset working condition temperature interval or not is determined; if yes, a compressor is started, and the target air outlet temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is determined according to temperature control information contained in the air conditioner starting instruction; and the opening degree of the second expansion valve is determined according to the actual air outlet temperature and the target air outlet temperature, so that control over the air outlet temperature is achieved. Dynamic distribution of refrigerant circulation is achieved through a multi-heat-exchanger collaborative architecture and an intelligent algorithm, and on the premise that PTC intervention is not needed, evaporation temperature stability and outlet air temperature accurate control are synchronously optimized.
