When the device is used, the first wedge block can extrude the jacking rods to move upwards, so that the six jacking rods can be lifted upwards from the lantern ring, at the moment, the six jacking rods are inserted into the corresponding fixing grooves, then the six fixing rings are clamped into the corresponding fixing grooves and fixed through the fastening bolts, and meanwhile, the threaded sleeves are screwed on the outer surfaces of the jacking rods to be fixed by rotating the threaded sleeves; therefore, the deck main body is installed.
