The invention discloses a battery heat dissipation system, a battery, an electric two-wheeled vehicle and a battery heat dissipation method and device.By arranging a heat dissipation assembly, heat in a battery shell can be guided out of the heat dissipation assembly, and the heat guided out of the heat dissipation assembly is guided out of a battery bin through a heat conduction structure; therefore, the adverse effect of the closed space on battery heat dissipation can be effectively reduced, heat dissipation is conducted on the heat conduction structure by controlling the semiconductor chilling plate and the heat dissipation fan, the heat exchange efficiency of the heat conduction structure is further improved, the fire risk in the high-temperature environment can be effectively reduced, and meanwhile the service life of the battery is prolonged. In the process of controlling the operation of the semiconductor chilling plate and the cooling fan, factors such as the temperature of the battery cell and the cooling power are comprehensively considered, heat dissipation can be provided as needed to a certain extent, the full-power operation time of the cooling fan and the semiconductor chilling plate is shortened, and therefore energy consumption is saved to a certain extent, and dynamic balance of heat dissipation and energy consumption control is achieved.
