The invention relates to the technical field of aircrafts, in particular to an eVTOL aircraft undercarriage and a damper, the undercarriage comprises a moving rod and a mounting rack, the damper is arranged between the moving rod and the mounting rack, and the damper comprises a main body assembly and a damping assembly, comprising a shell and a containing cavity formed in the inner wall of the shell, a fixing ring is arranged on the inner wall of the containing cavity, and a transmission part is further arranged in the fixing ring; the adjusting assembly is arranged on the outer wall of the shell and comprises an adjusting tank and a movable block arranged on the inner wall of the adjusting tank, and the movable block is influenced by the transmission part to move on the inner wall of the adjusting tank; the transmission part is triggered to move through the ascending speed of the movable sleeve, the output gear is driven by the pushing gear, the position of the first valve plate is adjusted in a linkage mode, damping force dynamic adjustment is achieved, and when the landing impact force of an aircraft is small, the movable sleeve can conduct long-stroke buffering; when the impact force is large, the motion stroke is shortened, the bottom of the aircraft is prevented from touching the ground, and the buffering adaptability is improved.
