The invention discloses a hoisting structure and a hoisting method of a large pipe culvert, the structure comprises a balance beam, a sling, a hook ruler and a pipe culvert, the hoisting method comprises the following steps: manufacturing the balance beam, the sling, the hook ruler and the pipe culvert according to requirements, hanging the balance beam and a hoisting hole on a hoisting hook of a crane, and connecting two ends of the balance beam with sling pins of the sling through hanging holes respectively; one end, with the threaded structure, of the fixing pin of the sling is inserted into the hoisting pin hole of the pipe culvert to be in threaded connection with the threaded structure, so that hoisting is more stable; the hook ruler is hung on an auxiliary lifting hook of the crane through a third sling, the pipe culvert is arranged between the bottom of the hook ruler and the auxiliary part, and the distance is adjusted and fixed through a fixing bolt; the fixing bolts are screwed to fix the pipe culvert on the hook ruler, so that the hoisting capability is improved, and meanwhile, the hoisting is more stable. Hoisting operation is easy and convenient, manual cooperation is reduced, safety and stability are achieved, the pipe culvert installation position is accurate, construction quality is high, and meanwhile construction efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了一种大型管涵的吊装结构及吊装方法,结构包括平衡梁、吊索、勾尺、管涵,吊装方法按要求制作平衡梁、吊索、勾尺、管涵,平衡梁与吊装孔挂在吊车起重钩上,平衡梁的两端分别通过系挂孔与吊索的吊索销钉连接,再将吊索的固定销有螺纹构造的一端插入管涵的吊装销钉孔中与螺纹构造螺纹连接,使得吊装更加稳固;勾尺通过第三根吊索挂在吊车副起重钩上,将管涵置于勾尺底部和辅助件之间、用固定螺栓调节距离并固定;固定螺栓通过施拧使管涵固定在勾尺上,增加起吊能力,同时使得吊装更加平稳。本发明吊装操作简便,减少人工配合,安全稳固,管涵安装位置精准,施工质量高,同时提升了施工效率。
