The invention discloses a method and device for determining the position of monitoring equipment, equipment and a storage medium, and belongs to the technical field of intelligent traffic. The method comprises the steps of obtaining traffic flow data collected by at least one existing monitoring device of a target road section, wherein the target road section is a road section area where the monitoring device is to be arranged; inputting the traffic flow data into a traffic congestion state prediction model, and determining the traffic congestion state of each area corresponding to the existing monitoring equipment; inputting the arrangement information of at least one existing monitoring device, the traffic flow data and the traffic congestion state to a target monitoring device position prediction model to obtain the position information of the monitoring device to be arranged; the target monitoring equipment position prediction model is obtained by training the to-be-trained monitoring equipment position prediction model based on the state space, the action space and the reward function. By using the technical scheme provided by the invention, the effectiveness and the accuracy of traffic flow data acquisition can be improved, and the scientificity of emergency lane temporary starting decision making is further improved.

    本发明公开了一种监测设备位置的确定方法、装置、设备及存储介质,属于智能交通技术领域。该方法包括:获取目标路段的至少一个已存在监测设备采集的交通流数据,目标路段为待布置监测设备的路段区域;将交通流数据输入至交通拥堵状态预测模型,确定每个已存在监测设备对应的区域的交通拥堵状态;将至少一个已存在监测设备的布置信息、交通流数据和交通拥堵状态输入至目标监测设备位置预测模型,得到待布置监测设备位置信息;目标监测设备位置预测模型是基于状态空间、动作空间和奖励函数,对待训练监测设备位置预测模型训练得到的。利用本发明提供的技术方案可以提高交通流数据采集的有效性和准确性,进而提高应急车道临时启用决策的科学性。
