The electrode group is arranged on the first surface, the electrode group comprises at least one first electrode and at least one second electrode, and the first electrode and the second electrode sequentially surround the outer side of the target area. The brake film is arranged on the first surface and covers the electrode group, the brake film comprises a third surface far away from one side of the substrate and a cavity which is located on the third surface and is concave inwards, and the orthographic projection of the cavity on the first surface is at least partially overlapped with the target area. Wherein the brake film is configured to deform under the action of the first electrode and the second electrode so as to change the volume of the cavity.
