The invention discloses a stabilizing assembly and an automobile suspension system. A supporting seat of the stabilizing assembly is provided with an accommodating space; the damping piece is arranged in the accommodating space; one end of the stabilizing piece penetrates through the supporting seat, and part of the stabilizing piece is located in the containing space and is in sliding connection with the supporting seat through the damping piece; the buffering piece is arranged on the stabilizing piece; buffer liquid is stored in the containing space of the supporting seat, the stabilizing part slides relative to the supporting seat, the buffer liquid flows through the damping part and generates first damping force, and the buffer part is used for synchronously moving along with the stabilizing part and generating second damping force under the hydraulic action of the buffer liquid, so that torsion movement of an automobile is stabilized through the first damping force and the second damping force. Therefore, the stabilizing assembly can provide corresponding damping force in different stages under the dual action of the buffering piece and the damping piece, so that the automobile can achieve self-adaptive adjustment of the damping force under different working conditions, and the practicability of the automobile in different scenes is improved.
