The invention provides a low-failure-rate salvage device for a ship and a salvage method of the low-failure-rate salvage device. Comprising a salvaging assembly, the salvaging assembly is provided with a bearing inner frame and a plurality of salvaging claws arranged on the periphery of the bearing inner frame, each salvaging claw comprises a side frame body fixedly installed on the outer wall of the bearing inner frame, an adjusting rod is rotationally installed on each side frame body, and a hand grab is fixedly connected to each adjusting rod; the counterweight assembly is mounted on the bearing inner frame in a lifting manner; the transmission mechanism is configured to convert the descending movement of the counterweight assembly relative to the bearing inner frame into the outward opening movement of the gripper, so that the gripper contracts inwards when the counterweight assembly moves upwards relative to the bearing inner frame, and then the fishing rope drives the fishing assembly to move upwards through the counterweight assembly and the transmission mechanism; and the descending stopping device prevents the bearing inner frame from descending when the bearing inner frame descends to a preset position, so that the counterweight assembly descends relative to the bearing inner frame. Few or no electric equipment is used underwater, and faults of the fishing claw and the fishing device can be reduced.

    本发明提供了一种船舶用故障率低的打捞装置及其打捞方法。包括:打捞组件,具有承重内架和设置于承重内架四周的多个打捞抓,每个打捞抓包括固定安装在承重内架的外壁的侧架体,侧架体上转动安装有调节杆,调节杆上固定连接有抓手;配重组件,可升降地安装于承重内架上;传动机构,配置成将配重组件相对于承重内架的下降运动转换为抓手向外张开的运动,以在配重组件相对于承重内架向上运动时使抓手向内收缩,后使得打捞绳通过配重组件和传动机构带动打捞组件向上移动;止降装置,在承重内架下降到预设位置时阻碍承重内架下降,进而使配重组件相对于承重内架进行下降。能够在水下少用或者不用用电设备,可降低打捞爪以及打捞装置故障。
