The invention relates to a seat arrangement (1) for air-conditioning a seat surface (21) of a seat unit (13). The seat arrangement (1) has a seat pad (2) and an air-conditioning module (3) with a fan. The seat pad (2) has an air-tight lower layer (4), an air-conducting inner layer (5) and an outer layer (6) which is air-permeable or regionally air-permeable. The fan of the air-conditioning module (3) is coupled air-conductively to the seat pad (2) via at least one air-guiding air tube (7). The at least one air tube (7) air-conductively connects an air outlet (8) of the air-conditioning module (3) and at least one air inlet (9) of the seat pad (2), the air inlet leading (9) to the inner layer (5). Air delivered by the fan can flow through the seat pad (2) from the at least one air inlet (9) via the inner layer (5) to the outer layer (6), and the seat pad (2) can be air-conditioned by means of air emerging from the outer layer (6). According to the invention, the at least one air inlet (9) of the seat pad (2) is formed in the air-tight lower layer (4).
