A system (200) is provided. The system includes a first inlet (201) providing a medium from a source, a compressing device (240) in communication with the first inlet (201), and at least one heat exchanger. The compressing device (240) includes a compressor (244) that receives the medium, a first turbine (243) downstream of the compressor, and a second turbine (245) that receives the medium. An outlet of the at least one heat exchanger (220) is in fluid communication with an inlet of the compressor and an inlet of the first turbine (243).
