A motor for a vehicle, a motor system comprising the motor, and a charging and braking method using the motor system are disclosed. The motor comprises: a clutch unit, a planetary gear train, a rotor, a magnetic steel, and a stator fixedly connected with the magnetic steel, wherein the clutch unit is configured to transmit a rotational torque between a wheel axle and the planetary gear train; the planetary gear train is arranged on the wheel axle in a sleeving manner and capable of driving the rotor to rotate by using force transmitted from the clutch unit, or transmitting the rotation of the rotor to the clutch unit; wherein during travelling of the vehicle, the motor utilizes an induced current generated in the coils through the movement of the rotor relative to the stator to charge a battery of the vehicle; and the motor utilizes induced inverse potential generated in the coils through the movement of the rotor relative to the stator to brake the vehicle after the vehicle receives a braking signal. The motor is advantageous in compact structure and ease to maintain.
