A work machine safety management system capable of improving the safety of a work site where a work machine is used, by a mode having relatively immediate effects, is provided. For this purpose, a work machine safety management system according to an embodiment includes a detecting unit that detects entry of an obstacle into a predetermined area around a work machine; and an information generating unit that generates entry degree information used for generating a table by which a relationship between an entry degree of the obstacle into the predetermined area and entry related information can be confirmed, the entry degree information being generated based on detection history of a detection result obtained by the detecting unit and the entry related information relating to the entry when the obstacle enters the predetermined area.
