Embodiments are directed to systems and methods for interacting with a touch-sensitive display (101, 201, 301) in a vehicle. The display (101, 201, 301) shows one or more objects (102, 202, 203, 208, 307, 308). Vehicle motion is detected. The position of at least one object (102, 202, 203, 208, 307, 308) on the touch-sensitive display (101, 201, 301) is based upon the vehicle motion. User (309) touches on the touch-sensitive display (101, 201, 301) may be detected, and tactile feedback may be provided to the user via a glove. In a further embodiment, an imminent input to the touch-sensitive display (101, 201, 301) may be detected, and the target point (209) for the imminent input may be determined. The display (101, 201, 301) may be zoomed around the target point (209) to expand at least a portion of a targeted object. The vehicle may be an aircraft, and the targeted object may be a virtual flight instrument (307). The target point (209) may also be displayed on the touch-sensitive display (101, 201, 301).
