A suspension structure for an in-wheel motor drive device includes a suspension member (41) that extends in the vertical direction and has a lower end portion connected to the in-wheel motor drive device (10), an elastic member (52) that is connected to an upper end portion (45) of the suspension member (41) and supports a vehicle body-side member (101), and attenuating means (55m, 55n, 57) that is interposed between the upper end portion (45) of the suspension member (41) and the vehicle body-side member (101) to attenuate relative displacement in the vehicle width direction or the vehicle front-rear direction between the upper end portion (45) and the vehicle body-side member (101).
