Each of the first flow channels includes a first inlet (55), a first outlet (56), and a first axial region (78) extending between the first inlet and the first outlet. Each of the second flow channels includes a second inlet (58), a second outlet (60), and a second axial region (84) extending between the second inlet and the second outlet.
