The present disclosure relates to an offshore wind turbine (1). The offshore wind turbine (1) comprises a service platform (5) placed below the nacelle (2), and a service crane arrangement (6). The service platform (5) comprises a floor arrangement (9) comprising an upwardly facing floor surface (9a) that may be aligned with a door entrance (11) of the wind turbine. The service crane arrangement (6) comprises a support frame arrangement (7) and one or more crane booms (100, 200), wherein the support frame arrangement (7) is supported by the service platform (5) and comprises one or more upper support parts (12). The crane boom (100, 200) is suspended substantially horizontally from the one or more upper support parts (12) at a distance above the upwardly facing floor surface (9a), and the crane boom (100, 200) comprises a first, proximate boom part (100a, 200a) arranged proximate the tower, and a second, distal boom part (100b, 200b) extending out over an outer edge (10) of the service platform (5) floor (9). The service crane arrangement (6) further comprising a crane trolley (101, 201) configured to be displaced along a track (102, 202) in the longitudinal direction of the crane boom (100, 200) by means of a drive arrangement (103, 203), a flexible lifting medium (104, 204), a winch (110, 210) for winding and unwinding the flexible lifting medium (104, 204) and a drive unit (106, 206) for driving the winch, and the flexible lifting medium (104, 204) is connected to the crane trolley (101, 201) and a connection part (105, 205) suspended, so that the connection part is suspended from the crane trolley (101, 201). The winch is controllable so as to lift and lower the connection part between an upper position located above a floor plane (FP) defined by the upper floor surface (9a), and a lower position (POS3) placed below the floor plane (FP) in order to allow loading or unload service equipment (50) and/or personnel (40) connected to the connection part (105, 205) onto or from a marine vessel (30) when the crane trolley (101, 201) is placed at said second, distal boom part (100b, 200b).
