The present invention refers to an aerodynamic device (1) for reducing the drag of ground vehicles, comprising: - a main body (2) having at least one lateral wall (3) and a rear wall (4); - at least one conduit (5) having an inlet opening (6) at the lateral wall (3) and an outlet opening (7) at the rear wall (4), wherein the inlet opening (6) and outlet opening (7) feature a continuous curvilinear contour devoid of discontinuity points, and wherein the conduit (5) has a longitudinal development axis forming between the inlet opening (6) and outlet opening (7) an arc devoid of discontinuity points, wherein the conduit (5) is defined by predefined parametric relationships.
