Motor fins (72) are provided to a motor outer peripheral surface (70a) of a motor housing (70). Inverter fins (92) are provided to an inverter outer peripheral surface (90a) of an inverter housing (90). A fin cover (140) covers the motor fins (72) and the inverter fins (92) from a radially outward direction. A cover flow passage (160) is formed between the fin cover (140) and the motor outer peripheral surface (70a) and between the fin cover (140) and an inverter outer peripheral surface (90a). The cover flow passage (160) includes a first flow passage (161) and a second flow passage (171), the motor fins (72) being provided in the first flow passage (161), the inverter fins (92) being provided in the second flow passage (171). In the second flow passage (171), a second air flow (Fa2) having flowed into a second inflow port (172) reaches the inverter fins (92) without passing through the first flow passage (161).
