The present invention relates to a marine hybrid transmission (1) comprising a housing (2), a first input shaft (11) to be connected to a combustion engine (10), a second input shaft (21) to be connected to an electric machine (20) and an output shaft (30) to be connected to a propeller shaft. The first input shaft (11) is arranged coaxially to the second input shaft (21). The marine hybrid transmission (1) further comprising a first clutch (12) and a second clutch (15) to transmit driving power from the first input shaft (11) to the output shaft (30) selectively in a forward or reverse direction, wherein the first clutch comprises a first clutch input part (13) and a first clutch output part (14), and wherein the second clutch (15) comprises a second clutch input part (16) and a second clutch output part (17). The first input shaft (11) is permanently connected to the first clutch input part (13) and the second clutch input part (16). The second input shaft (21) is permanently connected to the second clutch output part (17). The first clutch output part (14) and the second clutch output part (17) are permanently connected to the output shaft (30).The invention further relates to a marine hybrid drive unit (100, 102) with such a marine hybrid transmission (1).
