Specially designed for fire fighting, the drone of the invention is in the form of a hexacopter in which the main rotors are distributed according to two parallel alignments of three motors, and the motors are in the form of thermal motors, mutually synchronised such that the chassis (1) of the drone remains in a horizontal position at all times, thus markedly improving the stability of the assembly. To move horizontally, flaps (5) controlled by servomotors and governed using a control module, which is powered by generators associated with the shafts of the thermal motors, are arranged beneath the main rotors (3) in a position perpendicular to the rotation axis thereof. The chassis includes means for controlling the rotation and yaw with respect to the horizontal plane, and an additional safety system.
