The device has damper actuators (40) that are driven using drive shaft for adjusting flaps (10,20) so that wings of each flap is adjusted. A drive unit (110) is arranged between strands (50) of drive shaft for driving the drive shaft, but not for driving the wings of flap. A drive connection between the drive unit and damper actuators is adjusted, based on switching state of the clutch. A differential gear is provided for driving inner and outer flap with respect to central block. An independent claim is included for an aircraft.
