Provided is a mounting device of a power train. The mounting device, in which an elastic body is utilized to connect an outer cylinder and a support shaft, the central axes of which extend in a vertical direction of a vehicle, allows a power train to be supported in a vehicle body member, and a tubular member is used to securely couple the outer cylinder to a vehicle body side bracket, so that thevibration transmitted from the power train to the vehicle body member through the mounting device can be easily reduced. The mounting device has an outer cylinder provided such that a central axis extends in a vertical direction and fixedly attached to a longitudinal beam, the upper surface of which has a concave portion, by means of a vehicle body side bracket; a support shaft provided inside the outer cylinder so that a central axis extends in the vertical direction; and a vehicle body side bracket having an L-shaped cross section along an upper surface and a side surface of the longitudinal beam and having a notch formed on a portion opposite to the concave portion in the vertical direction of a vehicle. The mounting device is provided with a cylindrical member having a quadrangular cross section. An upper wall portion of the cylindrical member is provided with a hole portion, into which the support shaft is inserted, and the cylindrical member is fixedly attached to the notch.
