This air conditioning device indoor unit is equipped with: a rectangular parallelepiped-shaped housing having a suction port disposed on one side surface and having a blowout port disposed on the other side surface opposing the one side surface; a fan case having a fan case suction port through which air from the suction port of the housing is sucked and a fan case blowout port through which air sucked from the fan case suction port is blown out in a blowout port direction; a fan housed in the fan case; a fan that is housed in the fan case, sucks air of the suction port of the housing from the fan case suction port, and blows the sucked air via an opening part of a partition plate from the fan case blowout port to the blowout port; a heat exchanger housed in the housing; the partition plate that has the opening part at a position corresponding to the fan case blowout port of the fan case and that is disposed between the fan case and the heat exchanger; and a control box having a control unit for controlling the fans. The control box is provided to a portion which is on the downstream side of an air flow relative to the fan case suction port and which is other than a region connecting the fan case blowout port to the opening part of the partition plate in the longitudinal direction and the horizontal direction of the housing.
