A flying vehicle, resembling a car, includes main body 1 with canopy 4, doors 5, door windows 6, and propeller-less thrusters 2, 3 with housings 75, 76, where the housings may have 360 degrees rotational capabilities. The flying vehicle may also include additional thrust units comprising thrusters 53, 50, 57 with thruster directors 60, 68, 51, 54, 57 which may be fixed or movable. Attached or unified to the main body is protrusion 11 which is slanted and narrowing in a downstream and downward direction relative to the main body. Wings 8 spread from the narrowed part of the protrusion toward a vertical stabilizer 7. Wings may comprise movable elevators, and the vertical stabilizer may comprise movable rudders 9. The flying vehicle can also comprise an emergency parachute (49, fig. 12), long range lasers, long range sound sensors, cameras, pressure sensors, gyroscopes, daylight sensors and onboard computers.
