An apparatus 10 comprising an engagement member 14 configured to engage a movable vehicle or housing such as a pram or push chair. The apparatus may comprise a substrate 12, where the engagement member is mounted on the substrate. The engagement member and or the substrate may comprise ramped or angled surfaces for engagement with the vehicle or housing. Said member or substrate may have a wedge, convex or concave surfaces for engagement. They may also be powered by a DC or AC motor 11, the motor may also be a brushless, brushed, stepper or servo type. The motor may cause circular, elliptical, or oval shaped motion to be imparted to the vehicle or housing. The engagement member or substrate may directly or indirectly couple to the vehicle, i.e., directly mounted to the wheels or frame or by indirectly exerting a force on the wheels or frame. The apparatus may comprise a retaining member 26 configured to hold, retain, or support a portion of a wheel, the member extending perpendicularly to the substrate.
