PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic transmission member having a wide acoustic transmission band in a high frequency region.SOLUTION: In a planar acoustic transmission member 10 having acoustic transmissivity, core layers 106A, 106B of (N+1) layer and an intermediate layer 104 (N=1) of N layer are laminated alternately between two skin layers 102A, 102B. The skin layers 102A, 102B and the intermediate layer 104 are formed of CFRP (Carbon fiber Reinforced Plastics) which is a material having a higher elastic modulus than the core layers 106A, 106B formed of rubber.
