PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate having improved adhesive strength of boundary between a film consisting of a thermoplastic elastomer composition used for an air permeation prevention layer of a pneumatic tire (e.g. an inner liner material or the like) and a rubber composition layer.SOLUTION: Adhesive strength of a boundary of an air permeation prevention layer for a pneumatic tire can be greatly improved by setting the Sdr value of a film consisting of a thermoplastic elastomer composition in which rubber particles are dispersed in a thermoplastic resin to 0.042 or more and a tire with peeling improved can be obtained. There is provided a laminate where the thermoplastic resin is a kind selected from various kinds of nylons and ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymers, the rubber particle is at least one kind selected from a group consisting of a brominated isobutylene-paramethylstyrene copolymer and maleic acid anhydride modified ethylene-α olefin copolymer, and the rubber composition contains diene-based rubber, condensate of a phenol compound having a specific structure and formaldehyde, a methylene donor and a vulcanizer.

    【課題】空気入りタイヤの空気透過防止層(例えばインナーライナー材等)に用いる熱可塑性エラストマー組成物からなるフィルムとゴム組成物層との界面の接着強度を改善した積層体の提供。【解決手段】空気入りタイヤの空気透過防止層の接着強度は、熱可塑性樹脂中にゴム粒子が分散した熱可塑性エラストマー組成物からなるフィルムのSdr値を0.042以上とすることで、界面の接着強度が大きく改善でき、剥離が改善されたタイヤを得ることができた。前記熱可塑性樹脂が各種ナイロン及びエチレンビニルアルコール共重合体から選ばれた一種であり、前記ゴム粒子が、臭素化イソブチレン-パラメチルスチレン共重合体及び無水マレイン酸変性エチレン−αオレフィン共重合体からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも一種であり、前記ゴム組成物がジエン系ゴム、特定構造のフェノール化合物とホルムアルデヒドとの縮合物、メチレンドナー及び加硫剤を含む、積層体。【選択図】なし
