PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnostic system which determines the normality/abnormality of a filter reactor.SOLUTION: The diagnostic system comprises a first voltage detector 21 that detects a voltage between wiring 2 and a track 10, a second voltage detector 23 that detects a voltage across both ends of a filter capacitor 7, a current detector 22 that detects a current of a filter reactor 5, and a controller 20 that receives the input of a voltage detection value by the first, second voltage detectors 21, 23 and a current detection value by the current detector 22. Before operating a power converter 8, the controller 20 uses the voltage detection value during a predetermined period when a rush current flows in after the initial charge completion of the filter capacitor 7 and a rate of change of the voltage detection value to calculate an inductance value of the filter reactor 5, thereby determining the normality/abnormality of the filter reactor 5.

    【課題】フィルタリアクトルの正常・異常を判断する診断装置を提供する。【解決手段】架線2と線路10との間の電圧を検出する第1の電圧検出器21と、フィルタコンデンサ7の両端電圧を検出する第2の電圧検出器23と、フィルタリアクトル5の電流を検出する電流検出器22と、第1,第2の電圧検出器21,23による電圧検出値と電流検出器22による電流検出値とが入力される制御装置20と、を備える。制御装置20は、電力変換器8の運転前に、フィルタコンデンサ7の初期充電完了後であって突入電流が流入する所定期間における前記電圧検出値と前記電流検出値の変化率とを用いて、フィルタリアクトル5のインダクタンス値を演算し、フィルタリアクトル5の正常・異常を判断する。【選択図】図1
