PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving force transmission device capable of reducing dragging torque even in two-wheel towing, while suppressing increase in size of the driving force transmission device.SOLUTION: A driving force transmission device 1 includes a housing 2 rotated by driving torque of a driving source, an outer shaft 3A disposed relatively rotatably to the housing 2, an inner shaft 3B disposed relatively rotatably to the outer shaft 3A, a main clutch 4 connecting the housing 2 and the outer shaft 3A in a torque transmittable state by receiving axial pressing force, a pressing mechanism 1a applying pressing force to the main clutch 4, and a switching mechanism 7 constituted so that transmission of driving force between the outer shaft 3A and the inner shaft 3B is disconnectable.
