PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bonded material whose fire retardancy is secured while saving weight and which can be easily manufactured, to provide a manufacturing method thereof, to provide a body structure of a railroad vehicle, and to provide a body structure of traffic transportation means.SOLUTION: A bonded material 3 is a member in which a honeycomb structure 3c is bonded between paired plate materials 3a, 3b. The bonded material 3 is formed in approximately the same thickness as that of an exterior face plate or an interior face plate, for example, which constitutes a body structure of a railroad vehicle 2. The plate materials 3a, 3b are fire retardant magnesium alloy. It is preferable that the plate materials 3a, 3b be Mg-Al-Zn-Ca alloy or Mg-Al-Mn-Ca alloy for example. The honeycomb structure 3c is made of an aluminum alloy having void parts 3e. The honeycomb structure 3c is a honeycomb material (lightweight structure) including core parts 3f having a hexagonal cross-sectional shape or the like which are arrayed without a gap, and the void parts 3e are formed in the core parts 3f. An adhesion layer 3d is a layer that adheres the plate materials 3a, 3b and the honeycomb structure 3c to each other.

    【課題】軽量化を図りつつ難燃性を確保し容易に製造することができる接合材とその製造方法、鉄道車両の構体及び交通輸送手段の構体を提供する。【解決手段】接合材3は、一対の板材3a,3bの間にハニカム構造体3cが接合された部材である。接合材3は、例えば、鉄道車両の構体2を構成する車外面板又は室内面板と略同じ厚さに形成されている。板材3a,3bは、難燃性マグネシウム合金である。板材3a,3bは、例えば、Mg-Al-Zn-Ca合金又はMg-Al-Mn-Ca合金が好ましい。ハニカム構造体3cは、空隙部3eを有するアルミニウム合金である。ハニカム構造体3cは、隙間なく配列された断面形状が六角形のコア部3fなどを備えるハニカム材(軽量構造体)であり、コア部3f内には空隙部3eが形成されている。 接着層3dは、板材3a,3bとハニカム構造体3cとを接着する層である。【選択図】図2
