PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel check valve improving attachment workability when attaching a valve element to a body section.SOLUTION: A fuel check valve 10 comprises a body section 20, a valve element 30 openably and closably attached to an opening of the same, and a spring member 60 biasing the valve element 30. The body section 20 has bearing parts 25 and 26 formed with shaft holes 25a and 26a, and the valve element 30 has a valve body 31 and a pair of support shafts 40 and 50 inserted in the shaft holes 25a and 26a. The support shafts 40 and 50 are coaxially supported on the valve body 31 via a deflectable connection part 35 in a state where base end portions 41 and 51 separate from each other, and extend from the connection part 35 for a predetermined length in a direction of separating from each other. Tips of the extending portions are inserted in the shaft holes 25a and 26a from the insides of the pair of bearing parts 25 and 26, respectively.
