PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an open/close body control method and device capable of improving the operability of an open/close body by appropriately controlling the holding power.SOLUTION: An open/close body control device includes: receiving means for receiving a first signal which represents that a user makes a touch to an operation part of an open/close body; receiving means for receiving a second signal which represents a travel speed of the open/close body; and outputting means for outputting a control signal to adjust a holding power of the open/close body to a holding power adjustment unit. Responding to the first signal which represents a detection of a touch to the operation part made by the user, a control signal is output to the holding power adjuster unit to adjust the holding power of the open/close body to a first holding power smaller than a second holding power. Receiving the second signal which represents that the travel speed of the open/close body exceeds a predetermined speed when the holding power of the open/close body is the first holding power, a control signal is output to the holding power adjuster unit to adjust the holding power of the open/close body to the first holding power irrespective of the first signal.

    【課題】開閉体の保持力を適切に制御して操作性を向上しうる開閉体制御方法及び装置を提供する。【解決手段】ユーザによる開閉体の操作部への接触の有無を示す第1の信号を受信する手段と、開閉体の移動速度を示す第2の信号を受信する手段と、開閉体の保持力を調節するための制御信号を保持力調節装置に出力する手段とを有し、ユーザによる操作部への接触を検知したことを示す第1の信号に応じて、保持力調節装置に、開閉体の保持力を第2の保持力より小さい第1の保持力に調節するための制御信号を出力し、開閉体の保持力が第1の保持力であるときに、開閉体の移動速度が所定速度以上であることを示す第2の信号を受信しているときは、第1の信号に関わらず、保持力調節装置に、開閉体の保持力を第1の保持力に調節するための制御信号を出力する。【選択図】図7
