PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility monitoring system, an information acquisition device capable of satisfying two requests of acquiring measurement information while moving at high speed, and certainly acquiring a large quantity of accumulated measurement information measured by a sensor.SOLUTION: A facility monitoring system comprises: a plurality of measurement devices having a sensor which measures a state of a facility, a first storage part which stores accumulated data in which measurement information by the sensor is accumulated, and the measurement information by the sensor at a certain timing, a first radio communication part which transmits the measurement information or the accumulated data to an information acquisition device loaded on a movable body; and the information acquisition device having a speed detection part which detects speed of the movable body; a second radio communication part which receives the measurement information or the accumulated data, and a control part which determines whether or not the speed of the movable body is equal to or more than a predetermined threshold, and executes sequential acquisition processing of centralization acquisition processing for acquiring the accumulated data from either measurement device, or the sequential acquisition processing for sequentially acquiring the measurement information for each of the measurement devices when it is determined that the speed of the movable body is determined to be equal to or more than the predetermined threshold.
