PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel tank in which a built-in component is not deviated from a parison and the built-in component can be mounted on a predetermined position during blow molding.SOLUTION: In a mounting structure of a built-in component 20 of a fuel tank for an automobile, a plurality of mounting members 30 are provided to the built-in component 20, and an abutting part 32 which abuts on an inner face of an external wall 10 of a fuel tank 1 is formed on the mounting members 30. The abutting part 32 has a planar mounting member welded surface 33 welded to the inner face of the external wall 10 of the fuel tank 1. An external wall inner face projection 18 projecting toward the inside of the fuel tank 1 is formed on the external wall 10 of the fuel tank 1, and a planar external wall inner face welded surface 17 is formed on a surface facing the mounting member welded surface 33 of the external wall inner face projection 18. The external wall inner face welded surface 17 is formed smaller than the mounting member welded surface 33, and the mounting member welded surface 33 and the external wall inner face welded surface 17 are welded together, and the mounting member welded surface 33 bulges out from the external wall inner face welded surface 17.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7

    【課題】ブロー成形時に、内蔵部品がパリソンに対してずれることがなく、燃料タンク内の所定の位置に内蔵部品を取付けることができる燃料タンクを提供する。【解決手段】自動車用燃料タンクの内蔵部品20の取付構造において、内蔵部品20には、取付部材30が複数設けられ、取付部材30は、燃料タンク1の外壁10の内面に当接する当接部32が形成される。当接部32は、燃料タンク1の外壁10の内面に溶着される平面状の取付部材溶着面33を有する。燃料タンク1の外壁10は、燃料タンク1内側に突出する外壁内面突出部18が形成され、外壁内面突出部18の取付部材溶着面33と対向する面は、平面状の外壁内面溶着面17が形成される。外壁内面溶着面17は、取付部材溶着面33よりも小さく形成されるとともに、取付部材溶着面33と外壁内面溶着面17が溶着され、取付部材溶着面33が外壁内面溶着面17よりも張出すようにした。【選択図】図7
