PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set fins at an open position to a predetermined angle with a simple structure.SOLUTION: Each of a plurality of distribution plates 16 comprises a fin 22, arm parts 24 extending rearward from both end parts of the fin 22 in a vehicle width direction; and slide holes 25 formed in a long hole shape, which are provided in the arm parts 24. The plurality of distribution plates 16 are supported tiltably in a frame 15 around rotary shafts of support shafts 20. An opening/closing bar 17 has a plurality of columnar engaging projections 28 which can move slidably to the slide holes 25 and are supported rotatably. Stroke widths St of the plurality of engaging projections 28 when the opening/closing bar 17 moves vertically are equal to each other. The distance between the rotary shaft of a support shaft 20D of a lower distribution plate 16D and an engaging projection 28D is longer than the distance between the rotary shaft of a support shaft 20U of an upper distribution plate 16U and an engaging projection 28U in a connected state with the opening/closing bar 17.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
