PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving force distribution device of a vehicle, which has a differential limiting mechanism composed of a simple constitution, and which can be miniaturized.SOLUTION: The driving force distribution device of a vehicle is provided that distributes a driving force input from an input shaft to a first output shaft and a second output shaft which are arranged on the same axial line, and that comprises a plurality of permanent magnets. According to speed difference between a rotational speed of the first output shaft and a rotational speed of the second output shaft, the magnets can generate eddy currents in one face out of a pair of opposing faces which are composed of a first face which can rotate conforming to the rotation of the first output shaft, and a second face which can rotate conforming to the rotation of the second output shaft, the one face enabling the speed difference to be generated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
