PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle trim component produced by combination of compression molding and injection molding.SOLUTION: A vehicle trim component is configured so that: a fiber panel 44 is disposed on a first face 38 of a mold cavity part 40; the fiber panel 44 is compressed between the first face 38 and a second face 42, for molding the fiber panel 44 into a desired shape; then, resin is injected to the mold cavity part 40, for filling at least one gap between the first face and the second face adjacent to the fiber panel 44.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
