PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maneuvering system with a power source capable of further improving reliability of a communication environment of a control signal.SOLUTION: A maneuvering system 100 includes: an outboard engine 3; an engine ECU 31 for controlling the outboard engine 3; a battery 6; power lines 61a and 61b for connecting the outboard engine 3 and the battery 6 so that power can be transmitted; a remote controller 5 for operating the outboard engine 3; a CPU 501 for receiving an operation instruction input from the remote controller 5 and outputting a control signal to the engine ECU 31; power lines 62a and 62b for connecting the CPU 501 and the battery 6 so that power can be transmitted; and a photocoupler 511 which is provided on a communication path 7 for connecting the engine ECU 31 and the CPU 501 so that a signal can be transmitted and includes an optical converter 511a for converting an electric signal to an optical signal and an electric converter 511b for converting an optical signal to an electric signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
