PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce vehicle body side support positions for supporting a load applied to a seat in a saddle-riding type vehicle.SOLUTION: A seat structure of a saddle-riding type vehicle includes a seat on which a user is seated. The seat includes: a surface cover; a bottom plate member; an elastic member disposed between the surface cover and the bottom plate member; and a reinforcement member which extends along a lower surface of the bottom plate member, is fixed to the bottom plate member, and supports a load applied to the bottom plate member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
