PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active type vibration-proof device capable of realizing to control vibration without arranging any acceleration sensor.SOLUTION: A vibration-proof device 1 of this invention comprises a rod main body 13 having a pair of elastic connectors 11, 12 at both ends to connect the pair of elastic connectors; an inertia mass 155 supported at the rod main body; an actuator 15 including magnetic force generating means 151, 152 for reciprocating the inertia mass 155 in an axial direction of the rod main body; and a control means 16 for controlling the actuator in such a way that a force fcorresponding to a displacement speed of the rod main body in an axial direction may be generated in the inertia mass. The magnetic force generating means is made in such a way that the first coil part 151A with the first impedance value Zand the second coil part 152A with the second impedance value Zlarger than the first impedance value Zare connected in parallel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
