PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat cushion body for vehicles with excellent recyclability, having rich cushioning properties when a person seats or lies supine and achieving weight saving.SOLUTION: The seat cushion body for vehicles comprises a synthetic resin foam having a bending deflection amount equal to or larger than 20 mm and a load between 2 and 100 N at the 20 mm bending deflection time, both measured in accordance with a method described in JIS K7221-2: 2006. The seat cushion body includes: a singular planar seat surface on which a body comes into contact when a person seats thereon; a seat-surface support body served as a supporting point when the seat surface is deformed by bending in a backward direction, or a singular planar backrest surface on which the body comes into contact in seating; a backrest-surface support body served as a supporting point when the backrest surface is deformed by the bending in the backward direction; and a space part for allowing the bending deformation of the seat surface or the backrest surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

    【課題】人の着座時や仰臥時にクッション性に富み、軽量化を実現でき、リサイクル性に優れる車両用シートのクッション体を提供することである。【解決手段】JIS K7221−2:2006記載の方法に準じて測定した曲げ撓み量が20mm以上、かつ20mm撓み時の荷重が2〜100Nの合成樹脂発泡体からなり、着座時に身体が当接する単数の平板状の座面を有し、該座面が下方に曲げ変形するための支持点となる座面支持体または着座時に身体が当接する単数の平板状の背凭れ面を有し、該背凭れ面が後方に曲げ変形するための支持点となる背凭れ面支持体と、前記座面または前記背凭れ面の曲げ変形を許容する空間部とを備えることにより課題解決できた。【選択図】図4
