PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to improve transfer of a traction force at the time of acceleration and the ati the time of deceleration with an easier configuration and reduce an in-car noise during equal speed movement.SOLUTION: A transfer mechanism which has a link 22 which is located along a cross direction between a vehicle body and a carriage for supporting the kink 22, is provided with a rotary part 25 for rotatably supporting the link between the link 22, and a fitting part 19 on the vehicle body or the carriage 9 side, and transfers a driving force from the carriage 9 to the vehicle body. In the transfer mechanism, the rotary part 25 is equipped with a pin 33 fixed to either one of the link 22 and the fitting part 19, a ring 32 which is provided on the other of the link 22 and the fitting part 19 and surrounds a circumference of the pin 33, and an annular anti-vibration rubber 34 which is provided between the ring 32 and the pin 33, and the anti-vibration rubber 34 has a thick wall part 36 in a cross direction and has a thin wall part 35, which is thin relatively to the thick wall part 36, in a vertical direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
