PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support system capable of notifying clerks an arrival of a customer who requires a support and capable of providing circumstances to provide an appropriate service and a shopping support by presenting clerks a service providing manner suitable for the customer and by setting a notification target based on the business activities of the clerks when a customer who requires a support comes in.SOLUTION: The support system detects a movement of a visitor using sensors disposed in a shopping floor and determines whether the visitor requires a support based on the matching level between the detected movement and predetermined conditions. When the support system determines that the visitor requires a support, the support system determines the priority and makes a notification to clerks.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】支援を必要とする顧客が来店したことを店員に通知し、また、支援を必要とする顧客が来店したときに、店員に対して来店者に合わせた接客方法の提示や、店員の業務内容に応じた通知先の設定を行うことで、適切な接客や買い物しやすい環境を提供できるようサポートするシステムを提供する。【解決手段】店内に設けたセンサーを用いて入店者の移動状況を検知し、検知された移動状況と所定の条件との一致度合いに基づいて入店者が要支援者であるか否かを特定し、要支援者であると特定された場合は優先度を定めて店員への通知を行う。【選択図】図1
