PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that a long time is taken by the time load shaking stops because a single pendulum type transport device causes a load to be easily shaken due to the movement of the device and has hard time to attach an attenuator, such as a damper, and also, that the single pendulum type transport device has no means for analytically laying out a track for a movable carriage, which can reduce the load shaking as much as possible when traveling on an arbitrary route.SOLUTION: The single pendulum type transport device can transport while suppressing load shaking by performing follow-up control of the acceleration of the movable carriage according to a linear carriage acceleration function determined by defining a shake angle of a load of the single pendulum type transport device as a rotated vibration operation function.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】単振り子式搬送装置は,装置の移動により荷物が揺れやすく,構造上,ダンパー等の減衰器を取り付けるのが難しいことから,荷物の揺れを止めるまでに時間を要していた.また単振り子式搬送装置は,任意の経路を移動する際に,荷物の揺れを極力小さくすることのできる移動台車の軌道を解析的に設計する手段を持っていなかった.【解決手段】本発明は,単振り子式搬送装置における荷物の揺れ角を被回転振動操作関数とすることで定まる直線台車加速度関数に従って,移動台車の加速度を追従制御することにより,荷物の揺れを抑えながら搬送することを可能にする,単振り子式搬送装置を提供する.【選択図】図1
